Error: Line spacing...at least (.01 inches) (in Word due to Exactly option used)
Error:
Line spacing must be at least (.01inch).
Cause:
The 'Exactly' option is used when determining line spacing. Word is not interpreting the line spacing as inches (e.g., Word interprets .01 to mean .01 lines, instead of .01 inches).
Solution:
When using the 'Exactly' option to determine line spacing, the entered line spacing has to be denoted in inches (e.g., .01inch).
1) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Paragraph...'. (The Paragraph dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Indents and Spacing' tab.

3) Select 'Exactly' in the 'Line Spacing' box.
4) Type the desired value followed by inch ('') symbol in the 'Line Spacing At' box.
5) Click 'OK'.
